Australia's WhiteHawk gains on entering $1.05 million debt facility

** Shares of WhiteHawk WHK.AX rise as much as 16.7% to A$0.004, their highest level since September 21

** Online cybersecurity exchange company enters into an A$1.5 million ($1.05 million) unsecured debt facility with private lender ANCA Capital

** Adds, facility is not convertible, and no security will be issued to the lender

** WHK said proceeds will be used as general working capital and to support co's cost reduction programmes

** Stock down 56.3% YTD, including session's moves
