Australia's Telix Pharmaceuticals to end week lower as ITM deal weigh

** Biopharma co on Monday agreed to buy Germany-based ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE for $1.65 billion

** Under the deal, ITM shareholders are expected to receive about $1.25 billion in Telix shares at $11.84 per share

** Stock ended 11.7% lower on Monday, logging its weakest session since late August 2025, as the deal sparked dilution risks among investors

** YTD, stock up 43.7%, including the session's moves
