** Shares of Australia's Stakk SKK.AX soar as much as 17.6% to A$0.02

** Stock on track for its strongest session since June 30, if current trend holds

** Digital trust technology firm says 100% of its A$55.2 million ($38.81 million) FY2027 pro forma revenue forecast is now secured through recurring revenue under existing customer contracts

** Co says it also secured new contracts, beyond those required to meet the FY2027 forecast, which will support revenue base for FY2028 and beyond
** Co says not presently revising FY2027 revenue forecast

** About 64.3 million shares change hands, 4.5x the 30-day average volume

**Stock down 39.4% YTD
