** Property developer grants Warburg Pincus initial due diligence access on a non-exclusive basis after the US private equity firm raised its takeover offer for a third time

** Suitor tabled third bit last week, valuing INA at about A$2.14 billion ($1.49 billion)

** Co says due diligence access will allow Warburg to develop its revised indicative proposal into offer

** Stock down 4.7% this year, including the day's move
