Australia's Capricorn Metals gains on higher gold production

** Shares of Australia's Capricorn Metals CMM.AX rise 1.6% to A$14.62, set for their best session since September 21, if gains hold

** The miner logs sequential rise in gold production at its Karlawinda project in Western Australia, logging 31,218 ounces in the September quarter, up from 30,437 ounces in the June quarter

** Adds the project is on track to achieve FY27 outlook of 137,000 to 147,000 ounces

** YTD, stock up 1.6%
