Arribatec Group ASA: Completion of subscription period for employee share purchase programme

Arribatec Group ASA (the "Company") announces the result of the subscription period for its employee share purchase programme, which closed on 30 September 2026.

A total of 845,795 shares were subscribed at a subscription price of NOK 3.93 per share. The subscription price was set at a 30% reduction to the volume-weighted market price over the ten trading days preceding the opening of the subscription period on 23 September 2026, reflecting a two-year lock-up period applicable to the shares.

The shares will be transferred to the participating employees once the Company has acquired the required number of shares in the market. The Company has today announced a buy-back programme for this purpose, see separate stock exchange announcement of the same date.
