The Company’s finished jewelry and loose moissanite jewels are sold at retail outlets and via the Internet.

BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 December 2021, Charles & Colvard, Ltd. revenues increased 20% to $24M. Net income decreased 41% to $2M. Revenues reflect Online Channels segment increase of 22% to $14.7M, Traditional segment increase of 16% to $9.3M, United States segment increase of 21% to $22.8M, International segment remaining flat at $1.2M.
