APAC Realty Limited is a Singapore-based leading real estate services provider. The principal activities of the Company are those relating to investment holding, owning and operating the master franchise rights relating to the ERA Real Estate brand for sale and licensing to sub-franchisees in the Asia Pacific Region. The Company operates through three segments: Real estate brokerage income, Rental income and Others. Real estate brokerage income segment relates to commission and fee income from the brokerage of resale and rental of residential, commercial and industrial properties and new residential projects for sale by various developers. Rental income segment relates to rental income generated from properties, workstations, lockers and furniture. Others segment relate to incentives, referral, professional indemnity insurance and administration fees income, business conference income and miscellaneous income.
Financial summary
BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, APAC Realty Ltd revenues increased 89% to SP$735.4M. Net income increased from SP$16.4M to SP$35.4M. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net income benefited from Write off of investment in associate decrease from SP$619K (expense) to SP$0K, Other operating expenses - Balancing val decrease of 11% to SP$3.4M (expense).
