Elementis PLC (ELM) is one of the British biggest personal care and speciality chemicals businesses, operating in the UK, US, Asia, and Europe. The company’s processes are divided into three sectors: Surfactants, Chromium, and Specialty Products. The Elementis share price is listed on the London Stock Exchange. The company’s beginnings go back to 1844, when it was established in Liverpool by Daniel and Smith Harrison, and Joseph Crosfield. Its main objective was to trade coffee and tea.
