By GlobeNewswire

BOSTON, Oct. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Longtime workplace gender equity and inclusion leader Trish Foster has been appointed to the role of Executive Director for The Boston Club effective September 1.

In her new role, Foster will lead The Boston Club’s strategy, external relationships, member engagement, development, and operations, reporting to The Boston Club Board of Directors.

"Trish Foster is an experienced and respected executive in the women’s leadership arena, and we are thrilled to have her at the helm as we work to advance women’s leadership in a challenging era," said The Boston Club Board Chair Kari Borroel. "Trish has an impressive track record in advancing workplace inclusion and is a thought leader who has published research and commentary on workplace gender issues and inclusive leadership. Her strategic vision and passion for women’s leadership make her an excellent choice for our organization and members. Trish has served us so well for the past 9 months on an interim basis, and we are delighted to have her on board as our full time executive director. "

"I couldn't be more excited about the opportunity to be steering The Boston Club as we support and champion women leaders to have the greatest impact across their professional, personal, and community lives," said Foster. "The world needs the involvement and contributions of women leaders now more than ever, and I can’t wait to work with The Boston Club Board and our members to build a successful future for this organization."

A veteran of workplace leadership, culture, and gender equity issues, Foster has a formidable reputation in education and communications. As Executive Director for the Center for Women and Business at Bentley University, she led strategy, corporate relationships, and thought leadership, while driving growth during a significant period of expansion. Since 2021, she has run her own consulting practice, also with a focus on workplace gender and inclusion issues.

Earlier, Foster served as Senior VP, Fleishman Hillard and VP, Ogilvy & Mather in Washington, D.C., where she spearheaded public relations campaigns for an array of corporate clients.
