Pharming shares rise after preliminary Q3 revenue beat

By Reuters News

** Shares in Pharming Group PHAR.AS rise 8.6% after the Dutch biopharmaceutical company's preliminary Q3 results beat consensus

** Its total revenue for Q3 rises by 21% y/y to around $117.6 million

** "The headline screens positive as Q3'26 revenue beat consensus," says Van Lanschot Kempen analyst Sushila Hernandez

** Pharming Group also narrows FY guidance slightly, which, according to Hernandez, implies Q4 growth of between -6% and +3% y/y and means revenue was recognised earlier than expected but still falls within the guided range

** "Whilst the beat seems in part down to phasing, and the 2026 guidance narrowing leaves the midpoint unchanged, we expect investors to see this as reassuring following the recent CEO departure," Jefferies says

** Shares on track for best day since January

** Out of six analysts that cover Pharming Group, all rate the stock "strong buy" or "buy"
