Mexico asks Volkswagen, workers to resume talks after wage deal rejected
Oct 16 (Reuters) - Mexico's labor ministry on Friday called on Volkswagen VOWG.DE and workers at its facility in the Mexican state of Puebla to resume talks following the rejection of a wage increase proposal.
Members of the Automakers' Union rejected the agreement for a 13.16% across-the-board wage increase valid for two years, the ministry said in a statement.
