COMPANIES

PRYSMIAN PRY.MI

The cable maker said on Tuesday it had completed the acquisition of London-based Xtera, which specialises in regional and long-haul submarine telecom systems. The deal implied an enterprise value of $65 million.


AVIO AVI.MI

The rocket maker said on Tuesday it had agreed to sign a strategic partnership with Lockheed Martin LMT.N for the production of solid rocket motors.


BANCO DESIO DESI.MI, CREDEM EMBI.MI

Mediocredito Centrale said on Tuesday it would enter into exclusive talks with Credem to sell of its subsidiary Banca del Mezzogiorno (BdM), and with Banco Desio to sell Cassa di Risparmio di Orvieto.
