** Posts Q3 adjusted profit per share of $2.66, compared with analysts' average estimate of $2.60, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Expects annual revenue of $8.1 billion to $8.2 billion from $7.85 billion to $8.15 billion; new midpoint $8.15 billion versus $8.0 billion

** Tightens annual adjusted profit forecast to $10.35 - $10.65 per share from $10 - $11

** As of last close, stock was mostly flat YTD
