HANZA’s CEO and Chairman of the Board increase their shareholdings

HANZA’s CEO, Erik Stenfors, purchased 2,000 shares in HANZA today for a total of SEK 309,150.

HANZA’s Chairman of the Board, Francesco Franzé, today purchased 5,000 shares in HANZA for a total of SEK 779,000.

Following the purchase, Erik Stenfors’ holdings total 662,000 shares, corresponding to approximately 1.05 percent of the shares in HANZA. Following the purchase, Francesco Franzé’s holdings total 3,545,500 shares, corresponding to approximately 5.63 percent of the shares in HANZA.
