LONDON, Oct 29 (Reuters) - US private equity firm Carlyle CG.O and the EBRD have agreed to sell Romanian energy company Black Sea Oil & Gas to Dutch firm Mazarine, Carlyle said on Thursday, without disclosing the sum.
