** After Tuesday's market close, COF posts adjusted Q3 net income of $4.08 billion, or $6.69 per share, compared with $3.8 billion, or $5.95 per share

** Analysts on average estimated earnings per share of $5.50, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Co's total net revenue was up 6% to $16.34 billion

** 20 of 26 analysts rate stock "strong buy" or "buy", 6 "hold"; their median PT is $250

** Including session's move, COF down about 13.6% YTD
