Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of Bruton Limited (the "Company") will be held on 30 October 2026, at 9 am Bermuda Time via Microsoft Teams originating at the Company’s registered office at 2nd Floor, S.E. Pearman Building, 9 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM11, Bermuda.
 
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice issued by the Company on 16 October 2026, regarding the entry by the Company into a Statutory Merger Agreement dated 16 October 2026 with International Seaways, Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (“INSW”), and Bravo Ltd., an exempted company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of Bermuda and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of INSW through International Seaways Operating Corporation Ltd., and the transactions contemplated thereby, including the merger of Bravo Ltd. with and into the Company, with the Company as the surviving company and becoming an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of INSW.
 
The notice of the special general meeting is attached hereto, together with an information statement and proxy forms. The notice is also available on the Company's website https://bruton-ltd.com/.
