The company said on Thursday that it completed expansion of its alliance with GIC in transmission networks in Brazil.


BBVA BBVA.MC

BBVA said on Thursday that it approved an interim dividend for 2026 of €0.37 gross per share.


FERROVIAL FER.MC

The company announced late on Wednesday that the Ferrovial-led consortium DriveTN reached the commercial close for the contract to design, build, operate and maintain the I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes in Nashville, Tenessee.


REPSOL REP.MC

Repsol executive Francisco Martinez said late on Wednesday that the company and its partner at a large offshore project in Venezuela are producing some 580 million cubic feet per day of gas for delivery to the domestic market.


TELEFONICA TEF.MC

The company said on Wednesday that its unit Telefonica Espana is restructuring into three independent business units.
