SJM leads slide in gaming stocks as Macau Sept gambling revenue slips

** Shares of SJM Holdings 0880.HK drop 6.2% to HK$1.305, their lowest since December 2008, leading the slide in Macau gaming shares

** SJM on track for biggest one-day pct fall since November 13, 2025

** Macau's September gambling revenue down 1.2% y/y in the fourth consecutive month of decline to 18.063 billion patacas ($2.24 billion), the lowest level since September 2024, when it was 17.253 billion patacas

** Rivals fall: Wynn Macau 1128.HK, Sands China 1928.HK, MGM China 2282.HK, Melco International 0200.HK and Galaxy Entertainment 0027.HK down between 2.6% and 4.6%

** UOB Kay Hian says Macau's September figure misses market consensus by 3%

** YTD, SJM down 45.6%, Sands China down 42.1%, Melco down 38.2%, MGM China down 28.7%, while Galaxy and Wynn Macau down 21.4% and 12.7% respectively; benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI falls 6.6%
