Mitra Hagen Negård has been appointed new Head of Investor Relations at DNB.

Negård comes from the position of Head of Investor Relations at Gjensidige, where she worked for the last eight years. She has extensive experience from the financial and capital markets and holds a Master's degree in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi School of Management.

"Mitra has solid experience from investor relations (IR) and the capital market, with a background from both finance and insurance. A long career in equity analysis and IR has resulted in strong professional expertise and a deep understanding of what's important for investors and analysts. I look forward to having her on the team and to working closely with her in our dialogue with the capital market," says Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Rasmus Figenschou.

Negård took up the position on 1 October and takes over from Rune Helland, who led DNB's Investor Relations for the past 11 years. During his long career in DNB, Helland has made a significant contribution to the Group and has played a key role in DNB's dialogue with the capital market.

"DNB is one of the Nordic region's leading financial services groups, with a strong position in the capital market. I look forward to contributing to an open and constructive dialogue with investors and analysts, and to becoming part of the DNB team," says Mitra Hagen Negård.
