JM: JM starting production of housing in Solna

JM is starting production of the Vyn project, which comprises 95 tenant-owned units in Huvudsta Strandpark.

Vyn is a continuation of a previously started block in Huvudsta Strandpark, located in a leafy area of Solna with close proximity to public transport, services and many of Greater Stockholm’s workplaces. The project comprises three stairwells, a garage and a courtyard, and offers views of natural surroundings as well as close proximity to sunny bathing areas by Ulvsundasjön.

Sales are underway and occupancy is planned for the fourth quarter of 2027, with completion estimated in the second quarter of 2028. The housing start is reported within the JM Stockholm business segment in the third quarter of 2026.
