Japanese smelter Furukawa plans 3% cut in second-half copper output

- Japanese smelter Furukawa 5715.T plans to produce 21,497 metric tons of refined copper in the second half of the 2026 financial year, down 3% from the same period a year earlier, it said on Thursday.

  • The second half falls between October and March.
