ICE October raw sugar delivery at 1.45 million metric tons, exchange says
NEW YORK, Oct 1 (Reuters) - Deliveries of raw sugar on the expiry of the October contract on ICE totaled 28,574 lots, or 1.45 million metric tons, according to a notice from the exchange published on Thursday.
* The data confirms preliminary information from two sugar traders to Reuters on Wednesday, when the contract expired
* All the sugar will be loaded at Brazilian ports, with the biggest volume (15,140 lots) directed to the Southern port of Paranagua
* Traders said on Wednesday that Wilmar International WLIL.SI will be the sole receiver of all 1.45 million tons
* Brazilian trader BTG Pactual Commodities was said to be the largest deliverer with 470,790 tons
