Hapag-Lloyd urges Israel to review improved offer for ZIM
BERLIN, Sept 29 (Reuters) - Hapag-Lloyd HLAG.DE has provided an improved offer for its planned acquisition of Israel's ZIM 2SV.F in response to Israel concerns, expanding services and shifting more liner business to ZIM, the shipping group said on Tuesday.
The company urged Israeli authorities to review the improved offer, said it was open to further dialogue, and added it was planning stronger golden share powers.
