Employee share programme completed

Aker BP employees have subscribed for approximately 675,000 shares under the company's annual employee share programme.

The subscription price was NOK 282.10 per share, representing a 20 percent discount to the reference market price of NOK 352.62 per share. The shares are subject to a three-year lock-up period.

Approximately 50 percent of the company's employees participated in the programme, including the following primary insiders and close associates:

Sofie Valdersnes is a primary insider in Aker ASA, which will issue a separate notification regarding her transaction.

In connection with their participation in the employee share programme, the following primary insiders sold shares on 25 September 2026:

· Tommy Sigmundstad sold 1,033 shares at an average price of NOK 353.20 per share.

· David Tønne sold 1,383 shares at an average price of NOK 347.60 per share.

· Tore Vik sold 1,041 shares at an average price of NOK 353.70 per share.

The shareholding figures in the table above reflect these transactions.
