LONDON, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Flights at Manchester Airport were delayed due to an air traffic control failure, the Telegraph reported on Monday, less than two weeks after an issue halted flights across the country.
The Telegraph quoted Britain's NATS air traffic control provider as saying it was investigating a "technical issue".
