BHG Group AB (publ): BHG Group’s Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting

BHG Group AB (publ) ("BHG") has established a Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting. The Nomination Committee has been appointed in accordance with the principles adopted by the 2026 Annual General Meeting, under which it shall comprise representatives of the three largest shareholders and the Chairman of the Board.

As of 31 August 2026, BHG's largest shareholders were Ferd AS (17.76 per cent of the votes), EnTrust Global Partners LLC (9.99 per cent of the votes) and Handelsbanken Fonder (7.46 per cent of the votes). Together, these shareholders represent approximately 35.21 per cent of the total number of votes in the company.
The following representatives will serve on the Nomination Committee:

  • Julie Wiese, appointed by Ferd (Chair)
  • Peter Iannicelli, appointed by EnTrust Global
  • Sussi Kvart, appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder
  • Christian Bubenheim, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of BHG Group AB (publ)

The above shareholding information is based on 179,421,563 shares.
BHG's Annual General Meeting for the financial year 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 will be held on 5 May 2027. Shareholders wishing to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so no later than 19 March 2027 by email to investment@bhggroup.se or by post to BHG Group AB (publ), Attn: AGM 2027, Neptunigatan 1, SE-211 20 Malmö, Sweden. The Nomination Committee’s proposal will be presented in the notice to the 2026 Annual General Meeting and on the company's website, www.wearebhg.com.
