BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Ziprecruiter Inc revenues increased 77% to $741.1M. Net income applicable to common stockholders decreased 97% to $2M. Revenues reflect Subscription segment increase of 73% to $600.1M, Performance-Based segment increase of 98% to $141.1M.
