The Company is a provider of equipment and services used in the drilling, evaluation, construction, completion, production and intervention of oil, geothermal and natural gas wells. The Company operates through three segments: Drilling and Evaluation, Well Construction and Completions, and Production and Intervention. Its Drilling and Evaluation segment offers a suite of services, including managed pressure drilling, drilling services, wireline and drilling fluids. Its Well Construction and Completions segment offers products and services for well integrity assurance across the full life cycle of the well, which include tubular running services, cementation products, completions, liner hangers and well services. Its Production and Intervention segment offers a suite of intervention services and drilling tools, artificial lift, production automation and software, sub-sea intervention and pressure pumping services.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Weatherford International plc revenues decreased 1% to $3.65B. Net loss decreased 77% to $450M.
