United States Lime & Minerals, Inc. is a manufacturer of lime and limestone products. Its primary activity includes supplying lime to construction (including highway, road and building contractors), industrial (including paper and glass manufacturers), metals (including steel producers), environmental (including municipal sanitation and water treatment facilities and flue gas treatment processes), roof shingle manufacturers, agriculture (including poultry and cattle feed producers), and oil and gas services industries. It operates through three segments: Lime and Limestone Operations, Natural Gas Interests and Dolomite Quarry. Lime and Limestone operations segment consists of plants and facilities in Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. The Company, through its subsidiary, U.S. Lime Company-O & G, LLC (U.S. Lime O & G), has royalty interests with oil and gas rights. Its Dolomite Quarry provides principally to glass, roofing materials and aglime industries.
