Shares of StoneCo trade on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol STNE. The company’s initial public offering (IPO) took place on 24 October 2018. The firm offered 50.72 million common shares at a price of $24 per share under its IPO.

As of July 2022, StoneCo does not declare a dividend for its shareholders. The company’s financial year lasts from 1 January to 31 December.
