BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, MarketAxess Holdings Inc. revenues increased 1% to $699M. Net income decreased 14% to $257.9M. Revenues reflect OTher segment increase of 23% to $20M. Net income was offset by Depreciation increase of 48% to $53.4M (expense), Employee compensation and b increase of 9% to $144.9M (expense).
