Dell Technologies Inc. (DELL) is an end-to-end technology provider with a portfolio of information technology (IT) hardware, software and services. 

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Round Rock, Texas, Dell Technologies was known as Denali Holding until 2016. The company provides a digital infrastructure for businesses, assisting them through IT transformation. 

Dell’s portfolio includes cloud operations, converged infrastructure, data protection services, data storage, hyper-converged infrastructure, laptops, workstations, personal computers and monitors, displays and projectors, modular infrastructure servers and open networking technologies.

The company had its initial public offering (IPO) in 1988. Founder Michael Dell took the company private in 2013.
