Cinedigm (CIDM) is a global streaming technology and entertainment company. 

Established in 2000, the New York-based company operates as a distributor of movies, television shows and other content. 

The Cinema Equipment Business and the Media Content and Entertainment Business are the company’s two major segments, which provide services under various brand names such as ConTV, Cineverse, Fandor, Screambox and Cocoro. Cinedigm’s service portfolio includes streaming content that adapts to the rapidly transforming entertainment landscape.

The entertainment company also collaborates with various producers and content providers to source, curate and market content for target audiences on platforms like Amazon Prime (AMZN), Hulu and Netflix (NFLX). 

Customers can enjoy subscription video on demand (SVOD), advertisement-based video on demand (AVOD) and free ad-supported TV (FAST) channels.

Formerly known as Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp., the company went public in 2003 and changed its name to Cinedigm Corp. in 2013. Listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange, Cinedigm Corp. stock is traded under the ticker symbol CIDM.
