Bytes Technology Group plc (BYIT) provides software, hardware, IT security and cloud services. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Leatherhead, England, the company has over 450 employees in the UK and Ireland.

Bytes Technology sells an array of products, including laptops, servers and other devices, along with various cloud-based and non-cloud-based licences. It engages in providing internal and external training and consultancy services.  

Selling products and services under the Bytes Software Services and Phoenix brands, it offers software, cloud, data centre, data management, deployment and security services, as well as end-user computing, workshops and assessments. 

The company also provides services to professional clients, manufacturing, retail, central and local government, technology, media and telecoms industries. Bytes has partnered with Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) to offer resellers a platform for managing their customers subscriptions through alerts and renewal dashboards, and by providing support, billing and invoicing via an automated portal. Strategic partners include CrowdStrike Holdings, (CRWD) and Okta, Inc. (OKTA).

The company went public on the London Stock Exchange in December 2020, trading under the ticker symbol ‘BYIT.L’.
