Trade US Coffee Arabica Spot

Price constructed using front two months of Coffee US futures.

Each day at 17:29:55 UTC, the undated commodity price is adjusted to reflect the difference between the settlement price of front- and back-month futures. At the same time, a matching cash adjustment is applied — ensuring the overall position remains neutral as the roll progresses. This cash adjustment is fully offset by the running profit or loss on the position.

The main source of caffeine globally, coffee is the 2nd most popular commodity in the world after crude oil. It’s worth more than $100 billion worldwide. The US Coffee "C" serves as the world’s benchmark contract for Arabica coffee. The two major coffee species are the Coffea Arabica (Arabica coffee) and Coffea Canephora (Robusta coffee). Arabica accounts for over 70% of the world’s coffee production. The US Coffee "C" sets a price for physical delivery of exchange-grade coffee beans from 1 of the 20 origin countries in a warehouse to the US or European ports with determined discounts and premiums for growths and ports. The three world’s largest coffee producers are Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia.
