** Advertising tech firm Viant Technology's DSP.O shares last down 16.7% to $10.31 after touching about a four-month low early in session on Thurs following secondary offering launch

** DSP on course for biggest one-day pct fall since Aug 12, 2025

** Irvine, California-based firm late Weds kicked off 8.5 mln share offering by an existing stockholder

** Seller is major holder Capital V LLC, entity tied to Viant co-founders and brothers Tim, Chris and Russ Vanderhook, per offering prospectus

** Evercore, Wells Fargo, RBC and Craig-Hallum are joint bookrunners

** Co, which has ~66.5 mln shares outstanding, went public in Feb 2021 IPO at $25

** With the move on the session, DSP down ~14.5% YTD

** All 11 analysts covering the stock are bullish; median PT $19, per LSEG data
