US neocloud firms up after Nebius hikes GPU cloud prices

** Shares of U.S.-based neocloud firms rise after Nebius NBIS.O raises prices of on-demand GPU cloud services

** NBIS shares rose as much as 11% to $232.85 in early trading; stock was last up about 2% at $213.7

** Sector peer Iren IREN.O gained as much as 8.3% to $46.17, shares were last up nearly 2.6% at $43.7

** CoreWeave CRWV.O was briefly higher in premarket trading, but reversed course to trade 3.7% lower after unveiling plans to raise $3 bln through a convertible debt offering

** CRWV said it continues to contract new compute capacity deals at higher prices

** Including session's move, NBIS up 155.5% YTD; CRWV and IREN up 12.3% and 15.7%, respectively
