UK's Vesuvius receives takeover proposal from RHI Magnesita N.V

- Britain's Vesuvius VSVS.L said on Tuesday that Austria-based RHI Magnesita N.V RHIM.VI proposed to buy the metal flow engineering firm in a cash-and-stock bid valued at 551 pence per share, after it rejected its previous offers over the past year.
