** THO beats fourth quarter revenue estimates, as higher shipments and pricing in Europe help offset weakness in North America

** Posts Q4 revenue of $2.31 billion, compared to expectations of $2.17 billion - data compiled by LSEG

** However, co misses quarterly profit estimates as high interest rates, material costs, and increased promotional activity pressure margins

** Reports Q4 EPS of 78 cents, compared to expectations of 91 cents

** "Expect a relatively flat retail environment in fiscal 2027 compared to fiscal 2026, with many of the same headwinds we experienced in fiscal 2026 facing us in the near term," COO Todd Woelfer says

** As of last close, shares down about 32% YTD
