Arima approved the distribution of a gross reserve of €20.49 million, equivalent to a gross payment of €0.84 per share on September 18, the company said on Thursday.


SANTANDER SAN.MC

Santander has begun negotiations with unions over a workforce restructuring plan affecting its Santander Digital Services and Gravity Cloud technology units in Spain as it advances automation and its One Transformation operating model, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Thursday.


AENA AENA.MC

Aena's €464 million tender to refurbish Tenerife South airport, the flagship project under its DORA III invgestment plan, failed to attract any bids and will need to be relaunched, amid contractor concerns over procurement terms and cost risks, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Friday, citing sources within the sector.
