Solaria bounces back as shares' weakness offers 'attractive' entry point

By Reuters News

** Shares in Spain's Solaria SLRS.MC rise about 10%, rebounding from Thursday's losses after H1 results; analysts also see the recent stock weakness as an attractive entry point

** "Yesterday's fall was driven by the low recurrence (and visibility) of revenue, the lack of an upward revision to guidance and the reduction in the capacity target," analysts at Renta 4 say

** Solaria revised its expected operating capacity for 2026 from 4.3 GW to 3.6 GW

** As investors weighed better-than-expected results against a lower capacity outlook, the stock see-sawed on Thursday, falling almost 10% to reverse course to +5.1% and finally close 6.5% lower

** The stock is down about 8% YTD; it reached its second-highest price ever of €25.85 in April and at €16.74 trades about 35% below that price

** The stock is on track for its biggest single-day rise since November
