ERSTE BANK

Austria's Erste Group Bank ERST.VI said on Friday it plans to launch a tender offer to take an additional up to 26% stake in Erste Bank Polska EBP.WA, looking to deepen its exposure to the key Polish market.


POLIMEX MOSTOSTAL PXMP.WA

Piotr Andrusiewicz, CEO of the Polish construction group Polimex Mostostal PXMP.WA, said that the company aims to significantly ramp up its activity in the defense-related sector over the coming years, Puls Biznesu daily reported.


OFFSET DEAL FOR APACHE HELICOPTERS

An offset agreement related to Poland's purchase of 96 Apache AH-64E helicopters is set to be signed on Monday. Polish aviation companies will be able to service engines for these helicopters for over 0.5 billion zlotys ($130.21 million), Rzeczpospolita daily reported.
