Pentair names Fiserv veteran Hau as CFO

Sept 22 (Reuters) - Pentair PNT.F on Tuesday named Bob Hau as its chief financial officer, effective November 1.

Here are some details:

  • Hau joins Pentair after spending more than 16 years as chief financial officer at various public companies. He most recently served as finance chief of payments firm Fiserv FISV.O from 2016 to 2025.

  • He succeeds Nicholas Brazis, whose short tenure as finance chief ended in July.

  • Bob Fishman, who served six years as Pentair's CFO before Brazis, has been serving as interim executive vice president and CFO since July 14 and will remain in the role through November 1, the company said.

  • Hau's appointment comes at a time when Pentair is navigating muted sales of swimming pool equipment amid weak housing demand in the US.
