NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) has successfully issued Senior Preferred bonds

NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) (”NOBA”) has successfully issued SEK 350m and NOK 350m of Senior Preferred bonds. The bonds have a 3-year tenor and carry an interest of 3 months STIBOR/NIBOR + 102bps. The bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Settlement date will be 1 October 2026.

The bonds were issued under NOBA’s existing MTN programme, which has a total framework of SEK 10 billion.

Danske Bank and Swedbank acted as lead managers in the transaction.
