Europe Gasoline/Naphtha-Gasoline refining margins rise

By Reuters News

- Northwest European gasoline refining margins rose $1.50 to $48.84 a barrel on Monday.

  • Varo sold a total of 4,000 metric tons of E5 gasoline barges to Trafigura.

  • Exxon and Shell sold about 12,000 tons of E10 barges to Varo and TotalEnergies.

  • President Donald Trump said on Friday Russia had agreed to supply diesel to global markets in an effort to lower fuel prices, and his administration temporarily lifted US sanctions on Russian fuel that were designed to deprive Moscow of revenues for its war on Ukraine.

  • About 57.54% of daily oil production and 49.11% of natural gas production in the US Gulf of Mexico is shut in, the Marine Minerals Administration said on Sunday.

  • The initial public offering of Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote's oil refinery will be extended by 10 days to allow investors from other African countries to participate, a company executive and adviser on the deal told Reuters.
