EU aviation agency says no immediate safety concern in A321neo quality issue

Sept 25 (Reuters) - The European Union's aviation agency EASA said on Friday it had not identified any immediate safety concern after planemaker Airbus AIR.PA discovered a quality flaw inside the fuselage of hundreds of best-selling A321neo jets.

"EASA is fully aware of this concern and is coordinating closely with Airbus," the regulator said in a statement to Reuters. "We will continue to oversee the situation to evaluate any additional actions that may be necessary."
