- The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

** U.S. private equity firm KKR has sold its entire stake in Philippine power producer First Gen FGEN.PS for about 25.77 billion pesos ($410.48 million), an exchange filing showed, weeks after the parent company rejected KKR's attempt to expand its holding.

** India's Solar Industries SLIN.NS said its unit will acquire South Africa's Omnia Holdings in an all-cash deal worth about $1.36 billion, as the explosives and ammunition maker looks to expand its global mining business.

** Germany's Uniper said it had agreed to sell its 20% stake in gas pipeline Opal, one of Europe's largest transmission corridors, bringing it closer to completing asset disposals demanded by Brussels in exchange for approving the utility's state bailout in 2022.

** Dell DELL.N CEO Michael Dell's DFO Management is leading a planned $7.7 billion take-private deal for insurance brokerage firm The Baldwin Insurance Group BWIN.O, the Financial Times reported on Sunday.

** GE HealthCare Technologies GEHC.O is in talks over a possible $1 billion deal to buy radiopharmaceutical developer Sofie Biosciences, the Financial Times reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.
