** Reports Q4 adjusted EPS of 99 cents, compared to 74 cents the previous year, helped by roughly $9.1 million in tariff refunds

** Co forecasts fiscal 2027 total revenue of $3.325 billion to $3.4 billion, roughly in line with analyst expectations and sees EBITDA of $180 million to $200 million, above expectations of $180.1 million

** Up to last close, stock up about 79% YTD
